Captain Joshua Rose is the owner and operator of Salty Sea Charters. Josh was born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska and has been fishing the local waterways since he was a child. Fishing runs deep in his family and it is more than just a hobby, it is a way of life.

Josh is United States Coast Guard licensed upon near coastal waters and is First Aid/CPR certified. With the benefit of local knowledge and years of experience fishing these waters, captain Josh will take you to where the fish like to hide. Your captain will work hard to give you a fun, memorable, and productive fishing experience.

Salty Sea Charters is a family owned and operated business. We are lifelong residents of Ketchikan and have three generations of knowledge and experience fishing the local waters. We take great pride in our town and our fishing, we love showing people why we live here and work hard to give our guests an authentic Alaskan fishing trip.
